I built Growth and Grit Studio after surviving multiple toxic workplaces that left me questioning everything — my confidence, my sanity, even my worth. I’m neuro-divergent, strategic, and a high-performing creative. But none of that protected me when leadership got hostile and HR doubled down and backed them up.
I didn’t want revenge.
I wanted clarity. Safety. A plan.
So I started building what didn’t exist: trauma-informed tools that blend calm professionalism with quiet power. Tactical ways to document, communicate, set boundaries — and if needed, leave with dignity and EI eligibility intact.
What started as survival turned into strategy. What was once private is now public — because no one should have to figure this out alone.
If you're living in fear at work, walking on eggshells, or constantly doubting yourself… this shop is for you.
Not just to help you survive — but to help you rise.
